The location is superb-close to the underground and just a short stroll from Kensington and Paddington, making exploration a breeze. The check-in process was effortless, setting a pleasant tone for my visit. To my surprise, I was upgraded to a more spacious room at no additional cost-a gracious touch from Manager Mark, whose warmth and readiness to assist left a notable impression. While the hotel boasts free Wi-Fi and flat-screen TVs, what stood out was the comfort of the bed and the size of the shower. Air conditioning was a welcome relief after long days, and the availability of free toiletries indicated a thoughtful approach to guest needs. New Dawn offers good value for those seeking a balance of comfort and location without unnecessary extravagance.
